Job Description
We are looking for a Trainer in Automation & Manual Testing to deliver high-quality training programs for fresh graduates and junior associates. This role blends technical expertise with the ability to mentor, assess, and prepare new talent for real-world projects in software testing.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct training sessions and assessments for fresher batches.
Mentor new employees to build strong testing and QA foundations.
Coordinate with stakeholders (L&D, Business Units, external teams) for training delivery.
Plan and execute additional responsibilities assigned by management.
Strategize, implement, and maintain training programs aligned with organizational goals.
Create courseware, artifacts, and learning materials for testing skills.
Develop and apply program assessment protocols for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
Manage program risks and resources effectively.
Produce program performance reports for stakeholders.
Maintain program quality and integrity, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and initiating corrective actions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related domain.
1–2 years of experience as a Developer, Tester, or QA professional.
Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
Confidence in public speaking and training delivery.
Willingness and passion to work as a Trainer.
