Role Responsibilities
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues on Calix cloud platforms and access systems.
- Work closely with senior engineers to analyze, diagnose, and document support cases.
- Gain hands-on experience with industry-standard practices in networking, cloud technologies, and customer service.
- Communicate with customers clearly to collect details and keep them informed on case updates.
- Collaborate with different teams to maintain high service quality and prompt support delivery.
- Participate in continuous training to develop technical and professional expertise.
Required Technical Skills
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
- 2024 Batch and 2025 graduating batch
- Technical Knowledge: Basic to moderate understanding of networking principles (IP, routing, switching), cloud computing, and Linux systems.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical abilities to detect problems and design practical, efficient solutions.
- Focus Area: Interest in cloud-based technology, client/server architecture, and remote device management.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate ideas clearly in both written and verbal formats.
- Interpersonal Skills: Team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of collaboration.
- Clarity: Skilled at breaking down complex technical concepts into clear, easy-to-understand explanations..
