The role is located in Gurgaon and will work under the guidance of the Manager of the International Acquisition Experience Analytics team within the Enterprise Digital COE (ED COE).
The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-impact data analytics that enhance and optimize Digital Acquisition Experiences across multiple international markets (Shop, Apply, GO2, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategic data analytics focused on improving digital acquisition journeys across global markets to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Identify, monitor, and present key performance metrics to measure the efficiency and overall success of customer acquisition journeys.
- Support the development of new digital products and capability enhancements with analytics-driven insights.
- Conduct experiment analysis, uncover actionable insights, and present learnings to optimize the customer journey.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of enterprise-wide digital platforms and ensure that analytical insights are both relevant and actionable.
- Provide decision support through data analytics by combining digital activity data with AXP closed-loop datasets to power advanced strategic analysis.
Minimum Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Mathematics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science).
- Strong programming skills with familiarity in Python, SQL, and large data tools such as Hive or Spark.
- Experience working with large datasets; knowledge of data science concepts is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional teams with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced conceptual and problem-solving abilities to address complex, unstructured business challenges.
- Ability to convey findings and recommendations clearly to senior leaders and partner teams.
- Basic understanding of statistical methods such as regression, hypothesis testing, t-tests, and chi-square tests.
