Amazon India is seeking analytical, detail-oriented graduates (0–1 year experience) for a remote, 9-month fixed-term contract within the Transaction Risk Management team. You’ll work independently to investigate and resolve seller-related risks in e-commerce, making high-stakes decisions with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with up to 1 year of experience.
Excellent written and spoken English, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and competence in handling large datasets.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Examine and assess seller transactions and activity to identify risks and resolve issues using standard procedures and internal tools.
Document actions clearly, escalate anomalies or inconsistencies as needed, and interact with both external customers and internal teams through email, calls, and annotations.
Monitor performance using key metrics, ensuring productivity and quality benchmarks are met.
