QUALIFICATIONS:
- Any Graduate or Post Graduate
- Work Experience: 0 to 5 years
- Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English communication.
- Ability to handle and interpret large sets of data
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within fast-paced and dynamic team environments.
Job responsibilities
- Researches and evaluates facts surrounding seller transactions
- Takes appropriate and timely action on investigated transactions in line with established standard operating procedures and authorized tools.
- Documents their actions by providing detailed annotations
- Communicates with external customers via phone or email during the investigation process
- Effectively communicates with internal customers and peers through in-person interactions, email, annotations, and phone calls throughout and after the investigation process.
- Ability to analyze issues and efficiently utilize available resources to drive effective resolutions.
- Systematically escalates issues or discrepancies in information to the appropriate teams or stakeholders, following defined processes and standards.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to interpret performance metrics and generate insightful analyses to support and drive business objectives.
- Consistently achieve assigned productivity goals and maintain high-quality standards in task execution.
