Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in a client-facing role.
  • Strong customer service orientation and adaptability.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi (South Indian language skills are a plus).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize customer-first interactions with integrity.
  • Handle account and transaction-related queries.
  • Switch between phone and data channels as needed.
  • Follow process guidelines to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Build and maintain customer trust through quality support.
  • Leverage internal tools for issue resolution and escalate when necessary.
  • Suggest process improvements for better customer experience.
  • Educate customers to help them maximize their PhonePe usage.
