Qualifications:
- Graduate with at least 60% in academics.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication in neutral English.
- Strong active listening and interpersonal skills.
- Effective time management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or similar software.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound leads, guiding them through the booking process to secure accommodations.
- Understand and address students’ specific housing needs, providing tailored recommendations.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of student housing options, pricing, and locations to offer informed advice.
- Maintain consistent communication with potential clients to ensure successful conversions.
- Work closely with Marketing and Supply teams to streamline the booking process and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain precise records of all customer interactions and bookings using CRM software.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets and performance benchmarks.
