Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics
- Experience with Excel
- Experience with SQL.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the efficiency of assigned sites through outbound calls, emails, and coordination with field executives.
- Act as a liaison between field executives/sellers and various internal and external agencies to ensure timely and efficient operations.
- Guide sellers to adhere to established norms and practices.
- Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), analyze data, and propose features and processes aimed at enhancing the seller experience.
- Availability to work on weekends and in shifts is required.
